Anthony Ho BCom, CA
Managing Partner

Anthony graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.  He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 with Deloittes and is the managing partner of our firm. Anthony is primarily involved with advising clients on IPO planning and structuring, corporate acquisitions and related compliance and due diligence issues. He has, in recent years, assisted a number of overseas clients in the listing of their businesses on ASX.

Prior to establishing this practice, he spent 7 years in a senior corporate accounting role with a major investment and resource group in Western Australia.  He is currently the secretary and a director to a number of ASX-listed companies.

Kim Hogg BCom
Partner

Kim completed his Bachelor of Commerce in 1984 at the University of Western Australia  and has worked in a number of diverse industries in various senior management and accounting roles. He has been a partner of Anthony Ho and Associates for 16 years and has principally been involved in the preparation of prospectuses, coordinating the listing and due diligence process and acting as company secretary for listed entities. 

Kim is currently the secretary of a number of ASX-listed companies and provides corporate and accounting advice and services to these clients.
